Our grown-up family of five needed an affordable place to gather for a weekend and Annamarie's spot filled the need: four big beds and an open-space kitchen/dining/living area. The dining table was great for fitting eight around the table and the big screen came in handy for that Broncos game (a 'when-in-Rome' thing, since we were from all from somewhere else). Everything worked. Thanks for your hospitality!

The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out for relaxing, video gaming, and ping pong. The beds and other furniture were comfortable. The kitchen had a very large counter and table for serving and seating a group. The location was central to everything we did for our stay in Colorado Springs. We had an issue with the hot tub which was promptly addressed, and all communication was very clear. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay again!

We had a great stay! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Communication was awesome—quick, clear, and on top of everything. It was easy to get to and had everything we needed for a smooth, relaxing stay.
