This 3/2 stylish home is walking distance from great sushi & coffee. We're situated in a safe neighborhood close to shopping, the Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, parks and easy access to I25. You'll find this home is able to meet all your needs during your stay in Colorado. We provide 3 large flat screen tvs w/ YoutubeTv subscription for cable, & NES Nintendo Classic with 1000 retro games for the small & big kids too. Duvet covers are washed after each guest just like the Ritz Carlton!

Our grown-up family of five needed an affordable place to gather for a weekend and Annamarie's spot filled the need: four big beds and an open-space kitchen/dining/living area. The dining table was great for fitting eight around the table and the big screen came in handy for that Broncos game (a 'when-in-Rome' thing, since we were from all from somewhere else). Everything worked. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a great stay! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Communication was awesome—quick, clear, and on top of everything. It was easy to get to and had everything we needed for a smooth, relaxing stay.
